Prior to Alignment Acquisitions, Ashish was with the Corporate Development Group at E-Trade Financial, where he was involved in the company's internal corporate transaction activity, including the divestiture of E-Trade Canada, the exploration of a number of potential investment advisory acquisitions, and Citadel Group’s $2.55 billion capital infusion in E-Trade. He was also was involved in the evaluation of a variety of strategic initiatives and partnerships related to both the company’s brokerage and bank. Ashish holds a BA in economics and mathematics from Amherst College. Ashish is an avid tennis player and enjoys hiking throughout the Northeast. |
