We are client-oriented rather than transaction-oriented; focused holistically rather than focused narrowly on immediate objectives. We believe so strongly that an advisor should act as a member of the client's internal team that we practically make it onto our clients' org charts.
The principals of Alignment Acquisitions have backgrounds in Corporate Development (the division of a company that manages its own corporate transaction activity). This background in serving a company from within reflects our firm's commitment to acting as an internal advisor for our clients. When we partner with a firm, rather than push toward closing a deal, we take a step back and focus with the client on its strategic purpose. Often, we find that there are a variety of solutions to achieving that purpose. As a holistic advisor, we partner on finding the solution that meets owners' objectives and maximizes shareholder value.
